This policy explains your rights and our commitments regarding refunds and cancellations, reflecting applicable laws based on your place of residence at the time of purchase.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of digital content and services, all sales are final once a service has commenced, a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, or a subscription payment has been processed.
Refunds are not normally provided except in cases where the product or service is defective, not as described, or there is an error in billing.
Canada & USA: Refunds for digital downloads are not typically offered once the product has been accessed or downloaded unless the product is defective or not as described.
European Union: Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal before downloading. Once downloading has started with your consent and acknowledgment of the waiver of withdrawal rights, refunds are not provided except for defective or misdescribed products.
United Kingdom: UK consumers have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provide a 14-day cancellation period before download. Once downloading begins with your consent, this right is waived except for defective or misdescribed products.
Mexico & Other Regions: Similar principles apply — refunds are generally not offered after download unless the product is faulty or not delivered.
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for any issues with digital downloads.
- Subscriptions automatically renew on a [monthly/annual] basis.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time.
- Refunds may be issued only in cases of billing errors, service access issues we cannot resolve, or charges made after cancellation.
- Cancellation stops future billings but does not refund past payments.
For EU and UK customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies but is waived if the service begins immediately after your consent.
- Custom services are considered final sale once work has commenced.
- If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If you are unsatisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 14 days. We will work with you to address issues but refunds are provided only in exceptional cases.
- The $300 setup fee for PLAN A is non-refundable once onboarding has started and work has commenced.
- Monthly subscription fees of $75 are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for partial months.
- You may cancel PLAN A services at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email or client portal.
- The service will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and billing will continue accordingly.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing cycle or partial service period.
- The $850 setup fee for PLAN B is non-refundable once onboarding has started and work has commenced.
- Monthly subscription fees of $175 are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for partial months.
- You may cancel PLAN B services at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email or client portal.
- The service will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and billing will continue accordingly.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing cycle or partial service period.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues fairly.
This policy applies to consumers based on their place of residence or where the transaction occurs regardless of citizenship or nationality.
We comply with consumer protection laws applicable in your region, including but not limited to:
- European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive,
- United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
- Canadian provincial and federal consumer protection laws,
- United States federal and state consumer protection regulations,
- Mexican consumer protection laws (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).
